Managing Partner
Tom brings more than 30 years of global capital-markets and investment experience. He has built institutional distribution, capital-markets, and partnership platforms across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, raising more than $12 billion in institutional and private-market capital. Tom earned a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and partners with founders on commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and access to long-term capital.

Managing Partner
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience across principal investing, financial advisory, and venture capital in the U.S. and Asia. At Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, he managed valuation and risk for a $3.4 billion principal investment portfolio spanning private equity, special situations, and structured finance. At Global Pacific Ventures, he leads cross-border sourcing, underwriting, and strategic partnerships. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and an MS in Financial Engineering from Yonsei University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
